ITP308: Mine water and mine waste management

The ITP308 is a training programme about mining and sustainability.

This International Training Programme (ITP) presents the latest research and methodology to perform permitting, inspection and governance of mines around the world. The ITP includes a three week course in Sweden followed by change project work during ten months in the participants own countries. The projects are presented at the Mining & Sustainability Conference hosted by the ITP308 in select countries. The programme invites government professionals from select countries to apply and share their knowledge in the coming trainings.Do you want to know more or learn how to apply? Click the link below!

The ITP308 is funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and organized by the Geological Survey of Sweden (SGU) in collaboration with LuleĆ„ University of Technology (LTU) and Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA).
